Care and reimbursement

When care is provided through a mental health care institution (ggz), treatment is part of a multidisciplinary programme. Independent treatment without a ggz referral is regular psychosomatic physiotherapy, which the client pays for themselves or submits an invoice for to their health insurer.

About the therapist

Sjoerd Jongerius graduated as a physiotherapist in 2002, earned a master’s degree in psychosomatic physiotherapy in 2013 and became a body-oriented trauma therapist in 2020.
