Combined lifestyle intervention

In the region, Veerkracht offers the Beweegkuur (exercise programme) together with a multidisciplinary team. The two-year programme consists of an intake appointment and group sessions, with support in exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

Approach

The first consultation reviews health, personal circumstances, exercise habits and lifestyle. Veerkracht then draws up a plan, and the client and dietitian agree on the frequency of appointments.
