Energy treatments

Treatments begin with a conversation about symptoms and goals. A treatment generally lasts an hour and a half, followed by a discussion of the experience and possible next steps.

Reiki courses

Reiki I consists of three half-day sessions; Reiki II consists of two half-day sessions. Courses are held in small groups, with dates arranged by mutual agreement.

Approach

For nutrition advice, the client keeps a food diary for a few days beforehand and can fill in questionnaires. Standard nutrition advice includes three hours of support, divided between an intake and follow-up consultations.
