Marijke Wielink Coaching offers personal coaching in Beemte Broekland. The RESET journey is a coaching programme for people experiencing stress, overload or (near) burnout, focused on recovery and exploring survival patterns.

The RESET journey

The programme consists of 10 coaching sessions of 75 minutes and is tailored to the client's situation and needs. The first five sessions take place at the practice; follow-up sessions can partly take place online.

Approach

Marijke works with her RESET method and may use additional methods. For long-term stress, chronic overload or burnout symptoms, she uses elements of the CSR method, among other things.

Who it is for

The RESET journey is for men and women experiencing stress, constantly being ‘switched on’, having difficulty setting boundaries or recovering from burnout.

Practical information

Guidance takes place in person at the practice, and follow-up sessions can partly take place online if preferred. An introductory phone call is free; appointments are scheduled by arrangement.

Vision

When addressing stress, fatigue, strain and burnout, Marijke looks at the survival patterns underlying the symptoms. Her faith is an important foundation in her life and work; faith and spirituality can be part of coaching on request.
