About We R Fit

We R Fit offers group training, personal training, duo training and boxing coaching in Assen. Group training can be attended under the same membership; training and workshops can also take place at the customer's location.

We R Fit provides workshops in boxing, kickboxing and self-confidence for individuals, schools, clubs and businesses. Workshops can take place at the customer's location or in the PT Studio at Zendmastweg 14.

Boxing coaching

In individual boxing coaching, the participant is central and boxing is a means. The coaching focuses, among other things, on emotions, the balance between mind and body, and working at one's own pace.
