Registration and guidance

A trial class and introductory meeting can be arranged through the website. After registration, there is an intake with a coach; active guidance is provided for the first 12 weeks.

Facilities

The club has more than 4.000 m² of sports space and a 250 m² relaxation area. The sauna and wellness facilities are only accessible to members with a membership.

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00–22:30
• Friday: 07:00–21:30
