Hand-wijs is a practice for holistic hand therapy and physiotherapy in Arnhem-Noord. The practice treats complaints affecting the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow, among other areas.

For physical complaints, Hand-wijs takes a holistic look at the complaint and its possible causes. Treatments are shaped together with the client, with personal goals and attention to body awareness.

Hand therapy focuses on complaints affecting the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. Treatment may also address posture, breathing, muscle tension and daily habits.

Korean hand therapy

This gentle, holistic method uses pressure points and energy lines in the hands. Techniques include pressure point massage.

Fees and reimbursement

Hand-wijs does not have contracts with health insurers. Clients receive an invoice by email, which they can submit to their health insurer themselves; reimbursement depends on their supplementary insurance.
