GORTcoaching connects people with life coaches in Arnhem. The coaches support clients with personal goals and life changes through coaching sessions, reflection exercises and assignments.

Life coaching

A life coach helps people reflect on who they are, what they want and how to achieve it. The programme is tailored to their wishes and support needs.

Approach

A programme starts with a free introductory conversation to discuss the support needs, goals and rapport with the coach. This is usually followed by five to ten sessions, on average every two weeks, and a final evaluation session.

• Coaching sessions usually lasting 60 to 75 minutes
• Reflection exercises and assignments
• Evaluation session at the end

ACT therapy

GORTcoaching offers ACT therapy for working professionals. Sessions are tailored to personal needs and goals; coaches and psychologists can use ACT during a programme.

• Support with work stress, perfectionism and work-life balance
• ACT for conditions including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis and chronic pain

Practical information

Clients choose a coach and can check their availability on the coach’s profile. A free, no-obligation introductory conversation is available; if the rapport is not right, that conversation can be arranged with another coach.
