Practical information

• Disinfect your hands before entering the exercise room.
• If you have a fever or a productive cough, the practice asks you to cancel 24 hours in advance.

Complaints procedure

Complaints are recorded and discussed at practice meetings. If a patient is not satisfied with the practice's response, they can contact the KNGF Physiotherapy Complaints Committee (Dutch physiotherapy association).
