Dru Yoga en Meditatie offers weekly yoga classes and meditation in Arnhem Zuid. The classes combine gentle movement, breathing and meditation.

Dru Yoga and meditation

The classes are gentle and suitable for every body and every age. Each class includes a warm-up, exercises, sometimes breathing exercises, deep relaxation and a short meditation.

Schedule and location

The classes are on Monday evenings at MFC De Malburcht in Arnhem Zuid. There are two class times.

• 18:30–19:45
• 20:00–21:15

Costs and registration

There is a trial class, a fixed class cycle, a 10-class pass and an individual class. You can register by email, phone or contact form.

• Fixed cycle of 10 classes
• 10-class pass, valid for 13 weeks
• Individual class
• A missed class can be made up in the other class group or through a Zoom replay

Michiel has practised Dru Yoga since 1999 and has taught since 2003. He completed the Dru Yoga teacher training and completed the Dru Meditation training in 2007.
