All By Yourself is a therapeutic coaching business in Arnhem. It provides support for stress-related complaints, resilience and trauma processing, and also offers body-oriented work.

Approach

The support is agreed with the client and follows their pace. Sessions take place in a safe setting; sometimes a few sessions are enough, while in other cases a longer course is preferred.

Body-oriented work

Gentle, slow hand techniques applied to body parts or bone structures are used to create deep relaxation and balance.

Training and registration

The practice lists courses and training in psychology, healthcare, resilience, stress consultancy, craniosacral therapy, transactional analysis, EMDR, NLP and hypnosis. All By Yourself is registered with NIBIG (Dutch register for complementary healthcare providers) and falls under the Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act).
