InsideOut Training offers personal training, mental coaching and corporate training in Arkel. The studio takes an individual approach and also offers group classes and training at your location.

Group training

Physical Group Training combines strength, endurance and coordination. Small Group Training consists of 50 minutes of physical training and 10 minutes of relaxation, with a maximum of four participants.

BusinessTeam

The tailored programme uses physical and mental teamwork activities for teams. Training can take place in the studio or at your location; short sessions or multiple sessions are also possible.

How it works and location

The programme starts with an in-depth intake and is evaluated and adjusted as needed. The training studio is located at Kolk 31 in Arkel.

Nutrition advice and reimbursement

Dietitian Marjon Verheij provides specific nutrition advice. Three hours are covered by basic health insurance, excluding the deductible; no referral is needed.
