Praktijk Vida Plena provides psychosocial therapy in Apeldoorn. The practice offers individual therapy and relationship therapy in the consulting room, in nature, potentially at clients’ homes and by video call.

Services

The therapy focuses on psychosocial problems and questions. The practice has experience with relationship therapy for problems between partners, parents and children, and family members.

Approach

After the first contact, there is an intake session. A treatment plan is then drawn up together, regularly reviewed and adjusted where necessary. Therapy usually takes place once every two weeks.

Methods

As a psychosocial therapist, Judith works integratively. The method is chosen based on the client’s personality and how the process develops.

Location and video calls

Sessions can take place in the consulting room or in nature, for example during a walk in the woods. If the personal situation calls for it, Judith can visit the client at home. Video calls are available over encrypted connections; videos and transcripts are not stored.

About Judith

Judith Langeveld-Albinus completed nursing training and training as a psychosocial therapist. She has worked in general and mental health care and social services, and also works part-time as a POH-GGZ (GP practice mental health worker) in a GP practice. Biblical values guide her daily life and, if the client shares those values, can enrich the therapy.

Practical information

The intake session is free and non-binding. No referral from a GP is needed for therapy. Reimbursement may be available through some health insurers affiliated with the NFG (Dutch Federation of Healthcare Providers); clients can check with their insurer.
