Psychotherapy consists of conversations in which symptoms and their origins are explored. After the intake, a diagnosis and treatment proposal are made and recorded in a treatment plan.

Approach

The aim and duration of treatment are decided together. Treatment is intended to be as short as possible and can be extended if needed. A final report is prepared when treatment ends.

Digital care

Treatment can take place at the practice or by secure video call. E-health can be used by agreement and is an additional service at no extra cost.

Reimbursement and appointments

Psychological care within basic GGZ (Dutch generalist basic mental healthcare) and specialist GGZ (Dutch specialist mental healthcare) is reimbursed from basic care. For care without a contract, the client receives an invoice; a no-show fee applies if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or the client does not attend.
