Wat een Familie - Familieopstellingen

About Wat een Familie - Familieopstellingen

Wat een Familie - Familieopstellingen organises family and systemic constellations in Amsterdam. The constellations focus on family history, patterns, relationships, trauma, complaints and work-related questions.

Family constellations

A constellation makes unconscious patterns and dynamics visible and creates space to process emotions and experiences. The method complements approaches including psychotherapy, behavioural therapy, body-oriented therapy and trauma processing.

Types of constellations

• Family Constellation
• Constellation of the desire
• Trauma Constellation
• Symptom Constellation
• Organisational Constellation

Approach

For a personal request for help, the constellation starts with an introductory conversation and exploring the context. A genogram is then used to determine which type of constellation is suitable. During the constellation, a representative can temporarily take the place of something or someone in the participant’s life.

About the facilitator

Jantien de Bruin works as a therapist at her practice Met Jantien and facilitates constellations at Wat Een Familie.
