The touch method was developed in Sweden and focuses on body awareness and stimulating oxytocin production. The treatment consists of a set pattern of gentle touches on the skin.

Approach

The treatment takes place on a warm massage table, under soft towels and with nourishing, cold-pressed, organic oil. The area being treated is uncovered; the rest remains covered. Touch can also take place over clothing.
