Stroomlijn Psychologie provides basic GGZ (Dutch general mental healthcare) to young adults aged 18 to 35 in Amsterdam, Breda, and online. The practice diagnoses and treats mental health problems with short-term therapy.

Diagnosis and treatment

Stroomlijn treats, among other things, anxiety, panic, compulsions, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mental health problems related to pregnancy and birth. The initial assessment determines whether there is a DSM-5 disorder and whether treatment is suitable within basic GGZ (Dutch general mental healthcare).

Types of treatment

The treatment method is chosen based on the symptoms, support request, and personal preference. Sessions can be combined with eHealth modules or other homework assignments.

Approach

After registering, a no-obligation phone appointment with an experienced GZ-psycholoog (Dutch registered healthcare psychologist) can be scheduled. Treatment consists of up to ten sessions and can take place online, at the practice, or as blended care.
