Qi Gong op IJburg runs Qi Gong sessions in Amsterdam. The classes consist of gentle exercises, breathing and postures, with attention to body and mind.

Sessions

The weekly sessions consist of a warm-up, slow movements, posture practice and a cool-down. They last 75 minutes and can be attended individually.

• Weekly session on Wednesday from 18:15 to 19:30
• Qi Gong exercises in several styles
• Zhan Zhuang, also called “standing like a tree”

Accessibility

Everyone can take part at their own level. The exercises can also be done seated on a chair or lying down.

Workshops

The one-day workshops combine Qi Gong with Tao Breathing and meditation. The advanced day focuses on Walking Qi Gong and the legs.

About Jeroen

The sessions are led by Jeroen van Deutekom. He is also a Zen teacher and a senior master in Geomancy & Feng Shui, mentor and consultant in leadership.

Practical information

The weekly sessions take place at Theater Vrijburght in Amsterdam. A monthly invoice is sent afterwards for attendance at the sessions.
