How it works

A free, no-obligation introductory meeting helps you find a suitable psychologist. This is followed by an intake meeting, after which a treatment plan is drawn up together; sessions take place via secure video calls.

Treatment methods

Treatment may combine techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, ACT and mindfulness.

• Cognitive behavioural therapy (CGT)
• Schema therapy
• EMDR
• Solution-focused therapy
• Positive psychology
• ACT
• Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT)

Practical information

The platform works with clients in different time zones and is available 24/7. Sessions can be adjusted, paused or ended in consultation with the psychologist.

Insurance coverage

Online therapy is not covered by standard Dutch health insurance. According to the practice, coverage through international health, travel and expat insurance policies and employers is becoming more common.
