Support starts with the client’s story and request for help. Remco works practically and with a focus on solutions, using methods including ACT, NLP, Transactional Analysis and systemic principles.

Approach

A programme begins with a first session to get acquainted and explore the request for help. The client sets the pace during the support; they finish together when the request for help has been sufficiently addressed and practical tools have been provided.

The practice mainly supports young people and (young) adults between 15 and 55 years old. People over 55 are also welcome; coaching and support for businesses are also available.

About Remco

Remco has supported young people and (young) adults for more than seven years. He has completed training in coaching, therapy and support, including training as an ACT Master and a three-year therapist training programme.
