Kids Dental Zuidoost

About Kids Dental Zuidoost

Kids Dental Zuidoost is a children’s dental practice in Amsterdam. The practice treats children after referral and builds up treatment through intake, familiarisation and treatment appointments.

How it works

After referral, there is an intake with the paediatric dentist, and a preliminary treatment plan is drawn up in consultation. First, one or more familiarisation appointments take place; treatment appointments then begin.

Treatments

Appointments are also scheduled with the dental hygienist and/or preventive care assistants for oral health and to prevent cavities. Sedation or general anaesthesia may be discussed in certain situations.

• Oral sedation
• Nitrous oxide sedation
• Treatment under general anaesthesia

Referral and reimbursement

Children are registered temporarily and referred back to their own dentist when treatment is complete. Treatments for children up to 18 years old are reimbursed through the parents’ basic health insurance.

Practical information

The practice is located on Bijlmerdreef in Amsterdam. Questions can be asked by phone, email or through the contact form.
