Hill Healing

About Hill Healing

Hill Healing is a practice in Amsterdam focused entirely on Zone Technique. The method uses targeted stimulation of specific points along the spine to restore balance in six functional systems.

Zone Technique

Zone Technique divides the body into six functional systems. The method is based on the link between regulatory disruption and symptoms.

• Glandular system (hormonal system)
• Elimination system
• Nervous system
• Digestive system
• Muscular system
• Circulation

At Hill Healing, complaints may arise that could be related to imbalances in the systems. Acute medical emergencies are outside the practice's scope.
