Fit'n Fab is a women’s gym in Amsterdam. The club offers open gym, group classes, reformer pilates, personal training, a sauna and a kids’ club.

The club

Fit'n Fab is 100% ladies only. You can work out independently, and the club has group classes, a reformer studio, sauna and kids’ club.

Group classes

The group classes are held in small groups. The trainers monitor technique, and classes are adapted to the participants’ level.

First visit

A tour takes twenty minutes. After that, an introductory meeting is available if you wish; no sportswear is needed, and there is no obligation.

Memberships

Practical information

The club is located on Jan Rebelstraat in Amsterdam. Grip socks are required for the reformer.
