Digital Notary is an online service for setting up and managing private limited companies (BVs), in collaboration with external notaries. The platform offers a digital shareholder register and digital share issuance and transfer, among other features.

Set up a BV

Digital Notary sets up a BV entirely online and registers it with the KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce). The notarial deed is executed by an external notary working with the platform.
