Online and home visits

All consultations can take place online by video call or by telephone. For medical reasons, the dietitian can visit clients at home; a referral stating the medical need is required.

Reimbursement

Consultations with the dietitian are reimbursed from the basic insurance package. DieetPlaneet says it has a contract with every Dutch health insurer. The GLI Beweegkuur is fully reimbursed.

Appointments and cancellations

An appointment can be made directly; a referral is usually not needed. Rescheduling or cancelling can be done by telephone, email or through the online calendar, at least 24 hours in advance.
