Online and at home

All consultations can take place online by video call or by phone. For medical reasons, the dietitian can visit you at home; a referral stating the medical need is required.

Consultations are available in several languages. The dietitians have experience with different cuisines and food traditions.

Reimbursement

Dietitian consultations are reimbursed through the basic health insurance package. DieetPlaneet says it has a contract with every Dutch health insurer. The GLI Beweegkuur (combined lifestyle intervention) is fully reimbursed.

Appointments and cancellations

You can make an appointment yourself; a referral is usually not needed. Rescheduling or cancelling can be done by phone, email or through the online calendar, at least 24 hours in advance.
