Avond vol Aandacht offers Tantra workshops and training courses for couples and women, including a private workshop at various locations, including Amsterdam. The programme also includes online Date Nights, retreats and multi-day training courses.

Private Tantra workshop

Couples receive three hours of private Tantra lessons with practical exercises for greater intimacy and connection. The facilitators make room for questions, experiences and desires; participants choose for themselves whether to do an exercise. They can practise at home using the exercises provided and follow-up care emails.

Training courses and retreats

Avond vol Aandacht organises training courses for couples, a retreat for families and activities for women. There is also an online Date Night that participants can follow at home at a time of their choosing.

The private workshop is offered at several locations in the Netherlands. The FamilieRetraite and Dakini Retraite take place in the Achterhoek.

Guidance

The workshops and training courses are led by a team of Tantra coaches, therapists and trainers. The team regularly takes Tantra lessons themselves.

Who it is for

The private workshop is intended for couples of all gender combinations, with or without previous Tantra experience. The FamilieRetraite is for parents with children aged 2 to 12; Dakini activities are for women.

Practical information

The private lesson lasts three hours. The online Date Night lasts an hour and a half and can be followed at home. If one of the participants does not speak Dutch, the session can be held in English.
