About VIVID TOUCH

VIVID TOUCH is a foot reflexology practice in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. It offers VoetreflexPlus, a combination of Western and Chinese foot reflexology massage and acupressure, for a range of complaints and relaxation.

VoetreflexPlus

VoetreflexPlus involves massaging reflex zones on the feet, along with meridians and acupuncture points on the feet and lower legs and/or arms and hands. The treatment complements regular healthcare and does not replace it.

Approach

The first consultation consists of a discussion, an analysis massage and foot diagnostics. A personalised treatment plan is then drawn up; several treatments are usually needed. For CTS and RSI, six weekly sessions are described, with exercises to do at home.
