About De Paardencoachtuin - Training, instructie en coaching

De Paardencoachtuin offers equine coaching in Amstelveen. The coaching supports personal and professional growth and is provided in a private garden with horses.

Equine coaching

The coaching mainly involves doing and moving. Horses mirror feelings and behaviour and can bring to light themes that someone had not yet clearly recognised.

Approach

A session begins with a preliminary conversation about the request for help and the goal. This is followed by safety instructions, exercises with horses, reflection and a short follow-up conversation.
