The complaint-focused treatment aims at recovery, learning to cope with complaints, gaining insight, and building resilience and self-management.

Approach

An introductory call is free of charge and carries no obligation. The intake usually consists of two meetings; treatment sessions last around 45 minutes and usually take place once every two weeks. Meetings can take place at the practice or online by video call.
