Fysio Sport & Training provides physiotherapy and sports and training guidance in Amersfoort, Maarssen and Zeist. The practice tailors physiotherapy to the client’s situation, symptoms and goals.

Physiotherapy

During the initial assessment, the physiotherapist discusses symptoms and goals and draws up a personal treatment plan together with the client. The practice specialises in active rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, manual therapy and occupational physiotherapy.

Exercise programmes

Exercise programmes are tailored to each person and aim to ensure enough daily physical activity. The programme usually lasts three months, with two training sessions per week.

Occupational physiotherapy

For employees absent from work due to physical complaints, the practice provides physical training and return-to-work programmes. The programmes focus on functioning and gradually increasing working hours.

Practical information

The practice is open from 07.00 to 22.30. A physiotherapy session lasts 25 minutes, and appointments are made by mutual agreement.
