Stichting ClubFunFit offers fitness classes for children, young people and older adults in Alphen aan den Rijn, Zoetermeer and the surrounding area. The foundation also provides physical activity programmes for organisations.

Fitness classes

The classes are fun and tailored to age. Trainers adapt exercises to age, experience and ability, with attention to technique, fitness, confidence and enjoyment of movement.

Trial classes

Children, young people and parents can start with a trial period of four lessons to get to know the trainer, group and approach.

ClubFunFit provides demonstrations, series of classes and weekly programming for, among others, education, BSO (Dutch out-of-school care), childcare and community organisations.
