Career coaching

A career programme starts with a free, no-obligation introductory meeting to discuss expectations and the rapport with the coach. The client and coach then work towards personal goals through conversations, reflection exercises and assignments. An average programme lasts five to ten conversations of 60 to 75 minutes, often every two weeks; the final conversation is an evaluation.
