Approach

The program begins with an extensive intake, a chakra reading and one or more coaching sessions. A treatment plan is then drawn up together. Each session uses embodied consent and follows the pace indicated by the body.

About Jolien

Jolien started her own practice as a midwife in 2012 and stopped working in 2022 after 18 years. She graduated from Verloskunde Academie Amsterdam in 2004 and became an IPTA-certified holistic internal pelvic therapist in 2023.

Practical information

The practice is based in Almere. An intake lasts one and a half hours and a session lasts two and a half hours. There are at least three sessions; the average is six to eight.
