Imenza Support is a practice in Almere for counselling, psychosocial support and psychodynamic therapy. Anissa offers support with a range of personal concerns, at the practice or online.

Approach

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious processes and the underlying causes of complaints. Sessions take place in a safe environment and aim to build insight and personal growth.

Who it is for

For psychodynamic therapy, Anissa mainly works with adults aged 25 and over, both women and men. Imenza Support has experience with a range of groups and issues.

Location and appointments

Sessions can take place at the practice in Almere or online by video call. The practice works by appointment only, on weekdays from 09.00 to 17.00.

Fees and reimbursement

Counselling programmes are tailored to each person. Some health insurers partially reimburse counselling and psychosocial support provided by a Registercounsellor ABvC (ABvC-registered counsellor) through supplementary insurance.

• A session lasts 1 hour
• Most people need 4 to 10 sessions
