UWV Modular Services

The programme is tailored to the client's situation, abilities and wishes. After UWV approves the reintegration plan, the programme starts as soon as possible.

Career coaching

A career programme lasts about three months. The agency usually offers 10 or 15 hours of support; the hours can be spread over a longer period.

• Formulating a career goal

Approach

A coordinator first discusses which coach is a good fit for the client. This is followed by a free introductory meeting; support can also be provided through e-coaching if desired.
