Connected Together is a small mental health care provider in Almere for young people and adults. The provider offers diagnostics and treatment within Basic GGZ and Specialist GGZ.

Connected Together offers diagnostics and treatment for mental health concerns. Care is tailored together with the client and partner organisations to different areas of life.

Target groups and registration

The provider offers care to young people and adults. Registration for treatment and diagnostics is through the registration form; a referral is required for regular care.
