Programmes

The Mirror programme consists of five to six individual sessions, without the child. The Core programme also consists of five to six individual sessions; The Foundation maps out in three steps what parents consider important and how they want to put it into practice.

• Core programme: rediscovering your authentic self as a person and parent
• The Foundation: clarifying what both parents consider important

Approach and location

The Mirror programme can take place at a location or via Zoom; this can be decided for each session. An introductory meeting is free and carries no obligation. Payment by instalments is possible.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Tikkie or cash. The stated prices include VAT.
