• Childbirth trauma
• Avoidance of places or people

Coaching

Coaching focuses on personal development, understanding needs, beliefs and behaviour patterns, and finding ways to move forward.

• Face-to-face conversations
• Video calls
• Telephone contact

Registration and reimbursement

Before an intake, a telephone call is used to discuss the difficulties and request for help, and whether the practice is a good fit. Treatment is not reimbursed; with a referral for basic mental health care (Dutch basic GGZ), clients aged 18 or over can ask their insurer about possible partial reimbursement.
