FRED. has studios in Almelo and Hengelo. In Almelo there are a Reformer Room, Mat Room and Health Bar; in Hengelo there are Reformer Pilates, a mat room, drinks, light breakfasts and lifestyle products.

First class

New participants can tell the instructor or studio host that it is their first time. Grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates; Yoga and Barre classes are suitable for all levels.
