Solid Performance Alkmaar

About Solid Performance Alkmaar

Solid Performance Alkmaar is a practice for people with recurring or persistent pain. During the Pijncheck (Pain Check), the practice examines how the body moves and responds, and what next step may be appropriate.

Pijncheck (Pain Check)

The Pijncheck (Pain Check) reviews the complaint and its history and tests movement, muscle function and compensations. The practice then discusses whether the complaint appears treatable using its approach.

• Discussion of the complaint and its history
• Targeted movement tests
• Advice on next steps

Approach

The practice examines how the body moves, compensates and responds to targeted stimuli. Solid Performance is not a conventional physiotherapy practice and does not make medical diagnoses.
