About the trainers

Denise Scheलtinga has been the owner and a trainer since 2013. Her specialisations are strength training, conditioning, boxing training and sport-specific training. Sem Papavoine has been head trainer since 2023 and focuses, among other things, on strength training, boxing workouts and lifestyle changes.
