Jouw Natuurkracht

About Jouw Natuurkracht

Jouw Natuurkracht offers nature coaching and family constellations in Alkmaar and the surrounding area. The guidance mainly takes place outdoors, in nature, and can also take place at a practice in Obdam or Alkmaar.

Nature coaching

In nature coaching, questions are explored in and with nature. A programme consists of four sessions of about an hour and a half and assignments to do at home; contact between sessions is possible.

Family constellations

Family constellations offer insight into one’s place within the family and into connections and patterns within the family system. Individual constellations mainly take place outdoors; organisational constellations are for business owners and people who want to start a business.

Approach

Individual constellations begin with a walk to clarify the question. Objects from the surroundings or cards are then used to gain insight and explore possible next steps.

Locations

The guidance takes place outdoors in the woods or dunes. Family constellations can also take place at a practice in Obdam or Alkmaar.
