Doula support

The support includes preparation during pregnancy and support during labour. Together with the pregnant person, Susan maps out their wishes and expectations.

The course combines information about Medical Birth and Relaxed Birth, including HypnoBirthing and Mindfulness. It covers breathing, relaxation, birth preferences and medical options.
