Many of the businesses that use Lorenly found it because someone they trust mentioned it: a trainer who teaches lash artists, a consultant who sets up new studios, an accountant, a web designer or a fellow business owner. The affiliate program turns that recommendation into income. When a business you refer pays for Lorenly, you earn a share of its payments for a set period, not a one-time bonus.
This guide explains exactly how a referral is recorded, when it turns into commission you can be paid, and what can reduce it. The current rate, period, hold and minimum payout are always shown on the affiliate program page, because they can change.
Who can join
Anyone aged 18 or over. If you already run a business on Lorenly, sign in with the same login and your affiliate account sits next to it. If you do not, create an affiliate account with your email address. There is no fee and no quota, and your link works as soon as you join. You need to confirm your email address before your first payout.
The affiliate console is separate from the business console, with the same look. If you have both, a button switches between them, so your referral numbers never mix with your own bookings.
Your links and how a referral is counted
Your console gives you a personal link. You can create more links, one per channel, for example your website, your newsletter and a workshop handout, and see the clicks of each. A business becomes your referral when it signs up for Lorenly within the program's cookie window after clicking one of your links, in the same browser.
- If a business clicked links from several affiliates, the last click before signup counts.
- A referral is fixed when the business signs up. It never moves to another affiliate later.
- A business that already had a Lorenly account, or signed up without your link, is not a referral.
- Blocked cookies, private browsing or a switch to another device can stop a referral from being recorded.

What you earn, and when it counts
You earn a percentage of each payment a referred business makes for its Lorenly subscription, for the period shown on the program page, starting with its first payment. Commission is worked out on what the business actually paid, without VAT. The business pays the normal price; your share comes from ours. As an illustration only: at a 20% rate, a business paying 30 per month before VAT earns you 6 for each month it pays within the period.
A signup alone does not count as a conversion. Each commission is held for the program's hold period after the payment it comes from. Only when that payment is still standing at the end of the hold does the commission become ready to pay and the referral count as a conversion. A business on a free trial or the Free plan earns nothing until it actually pays.
Refunds, disputes and clawbacks
- A payment refunded during the hold period reduces or cancels its commission.
- An open card dispute keeps the commission on hold until it is decided.
- If a payment is refunded or lost in a dispute after you were paid, the amount is deducted from a later payout.
- Commission earned against the program rules is not owed and can be cancelled.
Getting paid
Payouts go through Stripe Connect. From your console you connect a payout account and complete Stripe's identity and bank checks. Once your ready-to-pay balance reaches the minimum, it is reviewed and sent by hand. Balances in different currencies are paid separately. If a transfer fails, the amount goes back to your balance and is sent with a later payout.
How to recommend Lorenly well
The referrals that last come from honest recommendations to businesses that need a booking system. Explain what Lorenly does for their kind of business, point them to the free plan to try it, and be clear that you earn a commission. A few things are never allowed: referring your own business, spam or messages people did not agree to receive, search ads on the Lorenly name, pretending to speak for Lorenly, and cash-back offers for signing up without written consent. The full rules are in the affiliate terms.
