Coaching and forms of treatment

After the initial consultation, a treatment proposal is provided. Sessions last 75 minutes; a longer session is discussed in advance.

Approach

There is a telephone or online introductory conversation beforehand to discuss expectations and the coaching question. An intake and request for help are then drawn up; after a number of sessions, the approach can be evaluated and adjusted in consultation.

Rates and payment

After an intake or session, the client receives an invoice by email. In some cases, a contribution can be agreed with an employer or benefits agency.

Registration and complaints

The practice is affiliated with the NIBIG (Dutch independent professional association for complementary care). If dissatisfied, the client can discuss this; if that does not lead to a solution, a complaint can be submitted to the NIBIG's independent disputes committee.
