Schuurkracht

About Schuurkracht

Schuurkracht supports teams, organisations and professionals with collaboration, team dynamics and change. The team coaches and intervention specialists explore what is happening and help shift patterns and tensions.

Team scan and interventions

Through an intake, survey and team session, Schuurkracht maps patterns, tensions and obstacles in collaboration. The team then discusses what is needed to move forward.
