Equine-assisted coaching

Yneke coaches with horses. The horse reflects reactions to feelings and can thereby provide insight into behaviour, actions and beliefs. These insights can be applied to daily life; NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) provides a structure for working with them.

Sessions and programmes

An individual session for adults lasts about 45 to 75 minutes; for children, about 45 to 60 minutes. PaardenKracht voor Pubers consists of five group lessons of about 60 minutes, for groups of four to six children of roughly the same age.

• Experience with horses is not needed.
• We work alongside the horse, not on the horse.
• PaardenKracht voor Pubers takes place in a small, safe group outdoors with ponies or horses.
• Team building is tailored to the team’s wishes.

About Yneke

Yneke was an entrepreneur and mentor in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, with a focus on guiding employees and holiday workers. She completed various courses in coaching, horses and systemic work.
