Icenurse

About Icenurse

Icenurse offers Wim Hof Method workshops, retreats and team events focused on breathing, focus and cold training. The workshops mainly take place in Villmergen and sometimes on the Werdinsel in Zürich; retreats are organised at locations in Europe.

Workshops

The introductory workshops last about four hours and cover the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: mindset, breathing and cold. Participants practise breathing techniques and a supervised ice bath, with attention to safety.

Retreats and trips

The multi-day retreats and weekend seminars often combine the Wim Hof Method with movement, music and nature. There are also advanced breathing sessions, walks and dips in natural waters.
