Treatment

Treatment is tailored to the complaints and request for help. Treatment goals are set together and focus on reducing complaints, coping with problems and preventing future complaints.

Approach

After registration, there is an intake consisting of a conversation and a questionnaire. At first, sessions are usually weekly; the frequency is decided together and reviewed during treatment.

Sessions can take place via a secure video-calling platform if desired. Online modules can also be used during the programme.

Reimbursement and practical information

A referral letter from the GP is required for reimbursed care. The practice has contracts with all health insurers. An appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
